Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships.

How to check the status of my order ?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will review the situation. for you.

Shipping to a PO Box

Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to PO Boxes. Please contact us if you have any doubts.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We deal with them on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
